Shipping policy
Orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping rates are determined based on the customer’s address. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your order. Please note that major holidays are excluded from the shipping timeframes and processing durations.
Refund policy
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service contact@spoiledluxelabel.com.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
Terms of service
Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
